Mondays:

ZESTY HOUR HIIT CLASS (9 am)

High (or Low) Intensity Interval Training Workout – a real calorie burner class while strengthening your entire body . Followed by a full body stretching session to well start the week.

Tuesdays AM:

ZEST & STRETCH CLASS (9 am)

Yoga inspired class, ideal for beginners and intermediate to lean and stretch your muscles and work on your breath.

  • 60 min

Tuesdays PM:

Zesty Express Toning Workout (5.30pm)

A full body workout that tighten your entire body while strengthening your core, legs & arms. It combines fun & effective fitness moves in circuit with sweaty cardio bursts in between. The session varied in theme so you’ll never get bored.

  • 45 min

Wednesdays AM:

ZESTY TONING PILATE CLASS (9 am)

Low impact full-body sculpting workout based on pilate series movements. Zumba sequence included for additional fun toning moment.

  • 75 min

Wednesdays PM:

ZESTY EVENING CLASS (8.30pm)

This invigorating sculpting circuit training and 10-min dynamic zumba moves will challenge your body just right and refresh you to ease the stress of a day at work.

  • 60 min

Thursdays AM:

Zesty WH Park Session (10.30am)

At West Hampstead Fortune Green Park. Under the sky, tone every inch of your body with this low impact and strength zesty fitness circuit in the park. There will be modifications for all levels.

Thursdays PM:

PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION (one to one) ON DEMAND

I can offer express lunch sessions, duo sessions (mother/ daughters), group session at my studio or at your place. 

ZUMBA KIDS AFTER SCHOOL CLASS & HOLIDAY CAMP:

  • Tuesday at 3.30pm – Lower Primary – CP up to CE2 at Lycee International.
  • Wednesday at 4pm for Secondary at Lycée.
  • Thursdays at 3.30pm for Upper Primary – Ce2 to CM2.
  • Next Zesty Kids Camp will be October Little Stars Camp – dates to be confirmed.

  • During half term & holidays, the class timetable is reduced. So please check out on the calendar.
  • Small class of a maximum of 8 students per class.
  • Please use the side door on your left side and go through the garden.
  • Door open 10 min before.
