At Zest For Life, we want you have movement no matter what, so we offer you as much flexibility as possible: you can choose package that is Studio Only, Online Only or Combo, a bit of Both.

I heard your needs to have softer classes for new zesty girls that restart after a break.
This is why I have dedicated 4 zesty classes that better cater your needs and preferences: Zesty Sculpt Barre, Zesty Toning Barre, Zest of Morning Stretch and Zesty Happy Belly (core/ abs). Pick up any combination and you can do them Live at the studio or online, streamed any time at home at your convenience.

A great way to start your week with a a bit of sweat! High Intensity Interval Training Workouts are a real calorie burner class while strengthening your entire body. We will also take great care to finish with a full body relaxing stretching sequence, key for best results and recovery.
NEW in 2022: we bring music and beats to the burn and moves. We will warm up and have a first circuit with a Strong HIIT Nation section perfectly synced to the music, following by a classic ON – OFF Tabata dropping circuit (3 rounds – 40/20s/ 30/15s and 20/10s). This is the ideal workout for hitting your ultimate fitness goals and go to the next level.

ZESTY TONING BARRE
(6 pm) ONLINE LIVE
it is a Ballet based fitness session for everyone who wants to shape their body in dance style. If lean shapely legs and a firm, lifted butt and core are what you are after then this class is for you. The class will be divided into two sections: First part will target your full body and your endurance levels with short, intense, balance standing section, followed by abs, core combination of moves on the matt to sculpt you further.

ZEST of STRETCH CLASS (9 am). ONLINE LIVE
This is the perfect complement to your cardio and strength training routine designed to keep you moving smoothly and pain free. This is a Yoga inspired and Mobility Stretching Flow class, ideal for beginners and intermediate to lean and stretch your muscles and work on your breathing. The perfect class to RESTORE, RE-CONNECT with your body and mind. Mobility, flexibility, all-in-one.

*ZEST FOR START* ZESTY TONING PILATE CLASS + Hint of Zumba (9am). ONSITE + HYBRID.
Deep full-body sculpting workout based on Pilate series movements. Suitable for beginners. It designed to tone your muscles, correct your posture, connect with your deepest muscles while make you feel lengthened.
Optional: Include a Zumba finishing sequence for additional cardio fun ( 5 routines). Matt, Resistance band or Pilate small ball to inject fun and challenge.

Enjoy an energising stretch, mobility and yoga inspired sequence designed for a best wake you up. Nourishing and revitalising, you feel flexible, stretched, calm and virbant as never. Morning stretching is the perfect start of your day and to wake up body and mind. We would focus on breathing, increasing mobility into your shoulders, hips, chest and lower back

Full-body sculpting workout based on Pilate series movements of level 2/3. Suitable for INTERMEDIATE. it designed to tone and strengthen your muscles with more compound and complexe moves, make you feel strong. Resistance band or Fitness ball to inject fun and challenge.

ZESTY BLAST (6.30pm) ONLINE LIVE. Low Impact
A full body workout that tighten your entire body while giving you a cardio hint. It combines fun and effective fitness moves in a pyramid style circuit with sweaty cardio bursts moves. Low impact alternatives are offered to match your journey of fitness. The session varied in theme to make sure you will be never get bored. Pyramid style. 5 moves only.

ZESTY COCKTAIL FINISHER : Core&Abs+Cardio+Mobility
(9am) - ONSITE & HYBRID
Ultimate core-power-lean workout to perfectly finish your week. We will have three circuits made of three moves to tone and feel energised for the weekend:
- Core&Abs Circuit to tone your TA abs and flatten your stomach.
An ABS-olutely burner. - Cardio Circuit to feel the sweat. Low Impact options available.
- Mobility/ Stretch Circuit to feel lighter and improve your joint flexibility.

FAMILY SPECIAL DUO CLASS EVENT CLASS: one every term
Let make every third Saturday of each term a special family bonding time to reconnect and have family fun. The class will challenge you and your children between fun warm up, duo partner fitness moves and yoga postures.
Two classes depending on the age of your partner:
1. Duo with 6-10 children: 3.30-4.30 pm
2. Duo with 11+ teens: 4.45-5.45pm
